Staffing shouldn’t be a guessing game. Yet for too many, that’s exactly how it felt.
We founded Lively Management because we noticed a gap in the hiring process that left both businesses and job seekers frustrated. Companies were spending weeks—or even months—trying to fill customer service and sales positions, only to end up with hires who didn’t stay. Meanwhile, job seekers were sending out countless applications, often hearing nothing back or landing roles that didn’t align with their skills or career goals.
It was slow, impersonal, and outdated. We knew there had to be a better way.
